Re “group dynamics"
Formation and development of national as well as international teams. The moderation will be orientated on the process and the objectives of the group but also normally touches the topics “values”, “timing” and “diversity management”.
Courses can be held either in English, German or Italian.
Additional offer: visualizing of group processes through drawings.
Re “thematic meeting”
Organization and performance of business meetings:
· Choice and provision of convention center, catering and special program around the meeting – if requested as well as management of invitations, appointments and logistics.
· Tight leading concerning discussion processes, worsening in order to come to decisions, securing results.
