Four values are the foundation of working with human beings: fairness, openness, confidence and encouragement. All trainers working for ComTrain have clearly internalized these four values and will inform you about their meanings.

 

Epistemologically we are committed on the “radical constructivism”, without giving up any of our values.

 

Regarding our methods we are working together with elements of the psychoanalisis, systemic therapy and the music therapy.
